Our Story

A Legacy Reborn on Main Street

Built more than a century ago to store freight from the Oregon Short Line Railroad, this red-brick landmark sat quiet until 2022, when lifelong local Jim Young threw open its doors. Today the soaring beams, exposed brick and original hardwood floors frame a buzzing food hall where four independent kitchens, weekly art walks and live-music pop-ups keep downtown glowing late into the night. Step inside and taste a slice of Pocatello history—served fresh every day.
